Impedance measurement or bio-impedance , is the measurement of the organic tissue resistance based on the conduction of a low intensity sinusoidal current (µA) at high frecuency (10-100 kHz) through electrodes. While the micro current goes throughout the body, electrodes measure how long it takes for the current to cross the whole body.
